As the 2024 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the chance to apply for funding through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

"The applying window will close on fifteen December 2024, and you'll find not many days left to submit applications. Eligible students are urged to apply promptly to secure economic help for their post-school education," Nkabane said.

Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Examinations, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper 3.

Nkabane reported this pivotal moment marks the end result of years of hard work and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their tests with perseverance and self esteem.
